The event takes place on Tuesday 24 September 2024 at
BFI Southbank, London, SE1 8XT
Train/Tube: The nearest stations are Waterloo (South Bank exit), Embankment and Charing Cross (cross Hungerford Bridge to reach the South Bank).
Bus: Many buses serve the Waterloo area.

Where do I go on arrival?
Delegates should enter via the Lightbox Entrance on Theatre Avenue. Please check in at the registration desk to collect your delegate badge.
Is there a cloakroom?
There is a cloakroom at the venue.
What is the dress code?
Smart-casual
I can't attend, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on tickets, we do accept name changes if you can get a replacement.
I can't attend, can I pass my ticket to a colleague?
Yes, please send on the name, job title, company and email address of your replacement to ScreenSummit@Screendaily.com ASAP

How can I ask questions in the session?
We will be using the online Q&A platform. You can join the conversation by going to slido.com and use the event code: #ScreenSummit24 to join the conversation. You will then be able to submit your questions on this platform.
Is there parking at the venue?
Parking is available under the National Theatre (offer Upper Ground), or at APCOA South Bank. Congestion charges will apply.
Toilet Facilities:
There are toilets outside NFT1, between the NFT1 doors and The Riverfront. For the BFI Bar, there are accessible and baby change toilets on the same floor near the stairs down to NFT2, also toilets in the NFT2 corridor and some down the stairs directly next to the Bar, near the Mediatheque.
Disabled Access:
All entrances are accessible. At The Riverfront there is step free access into the building and through to NFT1, and guests would need to use the lift in the NFT1/2 corridor to head to the bar. For the bar, guests would enter via The Lightbox and there is a lift that takes guests up to the foyer level.
Smoking:
The venue operates under a strict non-smoking / vaping policy in all areas. Delegates and guests should please refrain from smoking / vaping on the pavement directly outside the doors.
