Nicky Bentham most recently produced theatre director Nadia Fall’s feature debut, BRIDES, a UK-Italy co-production which premiered last year at Sundance Film Festival and was nominated for 4 BIFAs. She was Oscar-nominated in 2024 for the short film THE AFTER, directed by Misan Harriman, starring David Oyelowo and financed by Netflix. Previous producing credits include THE DUKE with Pathe starring Jim Broadbent and Helen Mirren directed by Roger Michell (which premiered in Venice and Telluride) thriller LOCKED IN with Gaumont UK and Netflix directed by Nour Wazzi and the multi-award-winning sci-fi MOON.
Nicky sits on Pact Council and is co-chair of Pact’s Film Producers' Group. She is also on ScreenSkills’ Film Skills Council and the NFTS Advisory Board for the Producing MFA programme. She is a voting member of BAFTA and co-founder of the non-profit organisation Raising Films.
