Phin Glynn is the Producing Partner at Tricky Knot, a New York-based independent studio that incubates production companies and develops, produces, and finances film and television projects alongside a new generation of breakout creators. At Tricky Knot, he works across development, production, and financing, overseeing projects from inception through release.

Phin is also a founding partner of London-based production company Equation Entertainment.

Previously, Phin co-founded Infinity Hill in 2018 and served as Managing Director until 2025. During his tenure, Infinity Hill produced the Academy Award and BAFTA-nominated, Golden Globe-winning Argentina, 1985, the International Emmy-winning Dive, and the BBC hit television series Staged.
